JOVANI offers complimentary UPS GROUND Shipping for all orders shipped within the 48 US contiguous states. Free ground shipping excludes: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
DELIVERY SERVICE
All of our deliveries are handled by UPS.
2-day shipping is available for all US orders for a fee of $25 USD.
All US orders take approximately 2-3 working days to process, however orders placed Friday through Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Pre-ordered items may take up to a maximum of 28 days to ship.
At this time Saturday delivery is not available.
Please do not refuse a delivery by UPS or local carrier. Any refused delivery and return will be at the cost of the customer and will be deducted from your total refund on top of the $15 restocking fee.
JOVANI offers international shipping for $100 USD.
Customers are responsible to cover any ingoing customs or taxes should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. The JOVANI shipping team does our best to quickly process orders, however we are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
Please note, due to COVID-19 precautions taken by shipping carriers and customs offices, some international deliveries can take longer than expected.

Returns of full-price unworn merchandise with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once merchandise is received in the original condition and the return is approved. All returned merchandise is subject to a $15 restocking fee per returned item.
Please note that shipping costs are not covered by JOVANI when sent back, so we suggest using a shipping service that will also give you a tracking number.
JOVANI will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to our customer service email, shopjovani@jovani.com, within 24 hours of delivery or your return may not be approved.
Please note: ALL SALE Merchandise are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments.
Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and JOVANI reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. JOVANI cannot be responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item due to the nature of garment materials. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.
Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, so please make sure our designs clearly state this for you.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.
Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, JOVANI does not currently offer exchanges for merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item and place a new order for the desired item.
LATE RETURNS
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.

You can track your shipped order by entering the UPS tracking number sent to you via email confirmation at www.ups.com.
